Worth the cable car then hike through woodland and pasture from Verano. Fantastic views across the valley and to the Dolomites in the distance . Definitely to be recommended . The seats are great for a rest and picnic .

Didn’t really take into account the level of difficulty of this hike. Obviously up a mountain will be more challenging than a stroll in the park. Perhaps the cold winter air didn’t help either but the view from the top is fantastic. It took a...More

This is about a two hour walk from the Vöran cable car and well worth the trip. There are about 30 tip-up cinema seats, where you can watch one of the best films ever - the view over the mountains up and down the valley...More

We hiked 8km to reach this view and it was worth the hike. It was 17-20 degrees. The whole hiking routes around the area were brilliant, we had lots of fun and would go again.

Reasonable hike, sometimes steep, on a well traveled path in good condition. Can get muddy. The view is spectacular, the signage near the top is lacking. Do not park at the Aplenrose hotel - parking for the trail is a bit farther up the road.

A beautiful viewpoint approached through a quite steep woodland path where you can sit and enjoy the changing light playing on the surrounding mountains. It was very busy on the day we visited but we really enjoyed the experience.

The cinema is a very interesting art project. It offers a a cinema like atmosphere to view the beauty of the valley.

Sorry we went on an organised walking trip. But I think there is road access from Hafling and Verano if you check the local map. However the last mile or so is only accessible by foot up a steep uneven mountain track. The... More
