This wee estate is lovely. Beautiful lake with benches to enjoy a picnic or just relax and watch the swans and ducks. Nice wee tea room for a snack or lunch followed by a lovely walk around the lake

A beautiful estate just outside Coldstream accessed by a long drive. Plenty of parking. Lots different walks. Great cafe with a tasty afternoon tea and pleasant staff. Different crafter's on site.
