This place is majestic! Lovely and small art collection to browse, sublime, award winning wines, beautiful setting, knowledge staff. This is a must visit. Tasting is R80 which is waived if you purchase wine. I hadn't intended to purchase but I just couldn't help myself.

Saronsberg is a newer wine farm, especially by the local standards, so it has a modern tasting room combined with art gallery. I loved the design and stunning setting alongside the garden and pond. So nice to be able to relax outside during the tasting. The tasting was about R90, but I think we tasting about 9 wines, so not... More

If you consider yourself a bit of a wine enthusiast – you will surely have heard of Tulbagh, in the Winelands of the Boland, in the Western Cape Province, South Africa. If not, this region is famous for producing some of the most incredible South African wines. This is no exaggeration. For example, the Saronsberg Full Circle and Shiraz, are... More

We had a fun time tasting the wines at Saronsberg. We already knew of the award winning Shiraz but this time the one that really stood out for me was the Saronsberg Brut MCC, it was absolutely delicious.

We visited Saronsberg for a wine tasting and found some really excellent wines. The setting for the tasting room is very picturesque and includes an amazing art gallery with a very eclectic collection. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Depending on your taste I highly recommend the Sauvignon Blanc and a truly delicious Straw Wine. Sitting under the grape vines,... More

Saronsberg matches any Napa Valley wine farm. Service and knowledge of the staff is warm and friendly. Spend R100 and the excellent wine tasting fee is waived. A nice touch. Most excellent art collection and being able to see the wine made is a bonus.

A definite must as far as visiting wine farms are concerned. The farm has a magnificent tasting room that is part art gallery. Very unique wines, good notes and nice body. Would have liked to be able to order at least a cheese board but sadly they do not serve any food.
