The caves are amazing and well worth the two hour drive from Monemvasia where we are staying.
We arrived at 11am and had no trouble getting tickets straight away with no queue. We did the full tour which includes a boat ride and then a...More
We could only visit a very small portion of the caves by water because of the sea level. This was definitely not the best part. I advise you to call ahead of time to make sure that you can access the whole cave before you...More

We got here at 11.00 in the morning on 4 September. Parked in shade. Got in straight away, no queuing. Breathtaking! Fun on the boat too, felt very safe.
Well worth the money.Highly recommended.
Even the toilets are good!
300 Meter underneath the earth surface, wonderful caves with stalactites and stalagmites. Two ways to choose, only by foot and by boat and foot. Don’t miss the boat!

Beautifully situated along the coast just south of Areópoli. First part of the track you go by boat. The guides do speak some English (though I read otherwise in some reviews). Next you go by foot. Go in the morning to avoid crowds.
