A great place to combine with visiting the Redfrog biological station. Hike through the jungle on a moderate trek (in my opinion really easy). See lots of frogs on the way and take a swim at the end. Very nice dayactivity.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get a taste of the area, its an easy access and a fun activity.

After a nice and a little adventurous walk (we followed a description that we found here on Tripadvisor ...), we arrived at a Unique piece of nature. It became more special as we were all by ourselves at this beautifull waterfall.

Not a chance. Try the Cahuita national park instead.. easy walking trail and lots of places to relax and enjoy the view or get in the water.
