Wasn’t very organised for a first time visit was left to wonder and find our way around and the children didn’t know where to go when the game ended so wondered around to until we went looking for them, we was taken to the overflow cafe, we’ll how boring so dull and dreary no colour no radio two tvs on the wall turned off, I helped the poor guy who works in that room day in day out with no window no tv no radio to program the tv, he had never been told he could turn it on! And worked in silence ! The cafe needs sorting this is where us parents sit for at least a hour it’s a very dull boring grey room a lot more could be done with this maybe even watch the laser tag room on the tv’s more effort needed in the cafe and communicating with customers overall kids had a great time and will be going again

I really love taking my two boys here. Staff are always friendly.

The play equipment is well thought out and you can see the spacious dining area from most of the climbing frame.

Toilets are clean and so were the climbing frames.

Fantastic prices too. Will definitely be coming back 😁

I visited for the first time with my toddler granddaughter and was very impressed with the facilities available in the centre. The balls have been removed from the play area and the tables for sitting spread apart. Drinks and snacks were reasonably priced and two hour slots to use the centre. Will definitely use the centre again.

Amazing staff!
My daughters laser tag party was postponed twice, April & July due to covid, finally had her party yesterday, she and her friends had an amazing time, Bailey was the best host, looking after them and keeping them safe with new measures that have been put in place, they all loved the food too. I can highly recommend and think it’s great value for the money, communication from the company was great too during the lockdown.
Many thanks 🌟

We were able to bring my son's birthday party forward due to the covid-19 pandemic so he had it just before schools closed. He had the best time with a small group of friends running around playing laser tag pretending they were in Minecraft. The guy managing our party was a real natural with the kids and my son had the best time ever! So glad he didnt miss out on this..

Overall impressions were that the place could do with a fresh coat of paint and some investment in its facilities, but the staff were very accommodating and hard-working. Our son's birthday party went like clockwork, they enjoyed the laser tag and food, and the cafe was a perfectly acceptable place to kill time while we waited for the boys to finish. The guest liaison helper was very friendly and kept us informed of what was happening. A couple of the boys mentioned that some of the guns did not work properly so they were handicapped a little during the games, but overall they still had fun it and burnt off lots of energy.

I was rather nervous booking this place for my sons birthday, as we are new to the area and hadn't even visited! However, he wanted a soft play party and I had heard good things so decided to go ahead and book. I'm glad I did! Excellent value for money at 10.95 per child for one and a half hours soft play followed by hot food and ice cream .Another bonus is as long as you meet the minimum number they only charge you for who turns up on the day, so if (as we had) you have a last minute drop out you won;t be charged. The party host was very friendly, enthusiastic and gave great customer service. We had a couple of tables where the parents could sit and juice /water which could be refilled if we wanted. If he hasnt out grown soft play by next year we will probably come back. Great value, hassle free, perfect party. My only tiny moan would be the cafe is quite slow if you want a cuppa or something but then again it was a very busy saturday afternoon. Overall fantastic.

Rudest staff I have ever met. Grabbed my friends 3 year olds arm to put on a wristband when he didn’t want to wear one. My friend tried to explain he would take it off so could she hold it and they just said no and forced it on him.
I was shocked at her manor. Kept referring to Me as ‘she’. Shouted at my daughter for sitting in the wrong seat as they were busy and needed the table.
Can they not ask nicely?
Manager has a terrible attitude. Charged me for 3 kids when only had 2 then wouldn’t give me a receipt so I could prove it.
Been coming here for years and really don’t know why it’s gone so downhill.
None of the staff should be working with children.
Will never return.

Came here with a group of friends (25 year olds) and we had such a laugh playing laser tag, one game is £5 per person and 20 mins long. You get so worn out and because we went so late we was the only 4 people in there. It was really fun and bigger than we thought. staff were really nice and helpful.
