Long strip of clean sand along the northern shore of Great Britain. Magical place with stunning view on surrounding cliffs and endless sea waves by the way from Dunnet head land end to Thurso. Parking available, a there are no anyone, only sand and sea.

lovely sandy beach ,been to this beach many times before and always love to visit it .spent a great morning along the side of the headland watching the oyster catchers with their chicks ,then beachcombing our way back collecting shells and stones.lots of families playing...More

This beach could be mistaken for the med. 2.5 miles of unspoilt sand and surf with stunning views of surrounding cliffs. We had great weather on our visit but Iā€™m sure we would have walked this beach even in winter. Just gorgeous

Driving between Thurso and John o Groats take time to stop and admire this fantastic view. Amazing views across to Orkney
