Villiera is a family run winery situated in the Stellenbosch region, producing a range of still wine and recognised as one of South Africa’s leading Methode Cap Classique producers. It is a pioneering, innovative, quality wine company committed to preserving the environment. Villiera is also committed to education and upliftment of their staff and their families. Villiera is home to the Villiera Wildlife Sanctuary (220 Ha). During a conducted wildlife drive visitors will be shown sustainability at work: the Solar Powered cellar, the Owethu clinic, The Pebbles Project, the Early Childhood development centre, the Tree Planting project (over 100,000 indigenous trees planted to date – part of an on-going greening project), the vineyards, the Wildlife Sanctuary and most importantly the range of Villiera wines. Visitors can also taste our range of Domaine Grier wines from France.

Great, friendly service. Good wines, AMAZING MCC. All in all a wonderful experience - join the wine club and get 10% off all wine - purchase a case (can be mixed) and get a delicious bottle of Monro Cab Sav Merlot.

I stopped here with a group from a Wine Flies (an excellent one day wine tour by the way) and we took a tour of their farm which is quite young from 1970 and promotes natural pest control as ducks eat slugs off the vines!...More
