At Villieira we decided for the Game Drive. Our time in South Africa was too short to do the real thing and this was very near our estate. ZAR 220 pp, wine tasting included. Guillaume was the guide who drove us around for about 2...More

We loved this spot. It is a classic wine farm setting without all the added nonsense that seem to be taking over everywhere. Sit down in a beautiful wine tasting room (sooo hoped the fire was burning, maybe next time...), delicious wine, friendly and informed...More

Thank you for this warm positive feedback. Today the fire IS burning. We have taken note. Not expecting to go back to winter in October but the rain is very welcome.

A welcome glass of bubbles on arrival and introduction to our ranger. It was very interesting to know how ecological Villiera is with the solar power systems etc and the generosity to the local community with school and medical care. Many varieties of African animals...More

Another attraction that normally requires a booking, but we did not realise this so just rocked up for the Bubbles and nougat tasting. Thankfully the staff accommodated us and we sat down in the lovely outdoor seating area for our tasting. Jean-Jacque was knowledgable and...More

Thank you for your feedback. Originally bookings were not required for the bubbly and Nougat tasting and on quieter day that is still fine. On busy days, especially Saturdays, it is difficult to give everyone a proper experience if too many decide to do the...More

Thanks for the great feedback. Hope you found your Elixir. Sounds like you need to be at our next branding session. I am not sure what 'crazy water' is but it all sounds good.

Thank you so much. Very good to hear and appreciated. We do have a Tripadvisor Certificate of excellence, and as you can see, we mostly get great feedback. When it doesn't happen we need to accept that and do our best to correct it.
