Great place to visit the local people are very nice and friendly. Fishing is great you can hire a beach caster and some bait from local bait shop.

Went out of season with my dog, part shingle/pebble mostly sand, unfortunately tide was coming in so lost most of the beach. Loved the dunes. Dogs allowed out of season. Great

Gorgeous sandy beach and dog friendly. (There are dog restrictions in certain areas May - September.) It’s sandy even when the tide’s in. Car parks (pay and display) every so often along the coast road as well as public toilets. Also served by public transport....More

Lovely view, kids enjoyed picking lots of shells. Tired them out before bed! A real gem of a beach. Well worth a visit.

This is a fantastic beach. Lovely soft sand, however there are no amenities here so take food/drink. That's only reason I'm not rating it higher

What a delightful place to visit. If you have children then they will love this beach. Catch it when the tide us out and you have a superb vast open space for them to enjoy. Highly recommend for a visit
