A nice place and wonderful nature together... There you can see a lot of animals and experience them with binoculars. Birds, horses, cows .. We had a good luck because we saw the fox 🦊 who took sunbath on the grass.

It's a large mud pool with dead trees and thousands of starving animals. Apparently they're not supposed to be fed because they're "wild", but an actual wild animal would be able to migrate to somewhere with grass... like the lush green fields right next door!...More

I live close by and like to take a walk with my husband ai this plaza. You van see the animals and have a nice day in the outdoors.

Hi, The Almere Oostvaarders station is definitely closer to the park, but it is not walkable... I would say take a taxi or rent a car. I hope this helped.

The main center for the oostvaardersplassen is the buitencentrum oostvaardersplassen on the north east side of the park. As for as I know here is no public transport nearby. A Taxi from Lelystad may be an option. The other... More
