Lovely tour! You'll get to know a bit of thr history of zanzibar! Small streets you could get lost by yourself! Recommended with a tour guide
Our tour company was great +255624097961 and you can ask for Suliman to be your tour guide 😍

Stone town is simply a ruin, old dirty houses, lots of souvenir shops and people harassing you literally every two minutes, not many restaurants, just shops. Beach nearby is horrible and full of rubbish, would not visit again mainly due to being harassed by locals.

The fort and the old town are interesting for their architecture.
You can find good prices for spices on the market if you enter from the port (or write to WhatsApp +255774510736). Lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Interesting.
If you go towards the port, you can meet such a person in the parking lot next to me in the photo. Very nice, polite and welcoming person. Can help with machines and bikes at a good price, and just give advice on any question.

Very nice place to stay for day or two. For me too crowdy for long time but to see old town is a must if you are in Zanzibar. Also many good restaurants and friendly people all around.
