Sleigh ride to the top of the park to visit the polar bear and her cub early in the morning to see them being fed. Fantastic experience, the guide was very interesting and knowledgeable

We loved the opportunity to see these wild arctic animals in their native environment, especially as our borrowed outer clothing warmly protected us against the weather. It was good to have the welcoming ice bar about half way round with some very clean and warm...More

We got out in a car we rented from Rovaniemi. An hour and a half drive and several dozen Euros enter the zoo for three people. We arrived at the end of March 2018, everything is frozen, the zoo may have 5 people. Not enjoyable,...More

We saw almost all the animals, which was great. Free sleds and very well planned path, so no crisscrossing. Big minus for the lunch; 14,50€ is a robbery even for tourists.

Lots of birds and animals. Lots of space. Animals seemed happy. Ice bar near the end of the park exit in winter. €9 or €10 for a rum hot chocolate but very nice. Visited a couple of times, once at night on a private trip....More

It was snowing when we visited. The layout of fhe zoo is very user-friendly and pleasant but given the few animals we managed to see the visit was a disappointment. We did manage to see polar bears, snow owls, a lynx and a few birds...More

Enjoyed my visits but due to the layout you really need to spend around 2 hours there as difficult to only do part. Foot paths can be slippery so be careful . Great to see polar bears and staff very knowledgeable.
