We were here on a very windy day but it was a great walk along the sea front watching the crashing waves.

Worth a visit especially to the right side of the beach where you can sit and watch the boats as they go along the river out to sea. Would not recommend for very young children as there is no sand.

You definitely need footwear for this beach. Its stoney...We did enjoy the swim. Few shops nearby but you can get everything you need for a day out.
