A beautiful area with so much wildlife to spot. Those pheasants move pretty quickly when faced with a tram full of tourists!

This is an extensive wetland reserve managed by East Devon District Council (EDCC). The facilities include a visitor centre, several hides and boardwalks. Whatever the season, you can guarantee seeing a variety of birds and other wildlife, e.g. otter. Usually, we see about 30 species...More

We went up into the Wetlands one evening and were delighted by how well the reserve has been thought out. Paths are good and the hides are excellent. I would have happily spent much more time there.

Great place to visit for birdwatchers and those who are interested in nature. Hides are good with plenty of information. We enjoyed watching the swallows who had made their nest in a hide fly in and out to feed their young. Good paths to walk...More

Never been birdwatching before - really enjoyed sitting in the various hides watching and trying to identify the birds.Free entry, easy to follow map provided and good observation spots Children would enjoy this too.

You have to drive through Seaton Cemetary to get to the large car park, then walk out of the corner and down the lane.

Hi Julie, no I am afraid that this is a no dog policy at Seaton Wetlands, other than guide dogs.
