If you are in the area definitely go and see a film here - screen 3 is like your own private screening room! Lovely atomosphere, very friendly and sound and vision top notch. Kids absolutely loved.

I booked a party of 10 people to see Peter rabbit for my 6 year old daughter's birthday. Booking over the phone was very simple and a great price. On arrival the staff were very patient and helpful. Waiting for 8 kids to all get...More

Although we have been up this way many a time we have never been to the cinema in Malton before. It was an absolute delight. Small but cosy screens with plush red seats all terraced well so you could see. There is the chance to...More

Our first visit to The Palace this afternoon with my two daughters and 5 month Granddaughter. The lovely ladies on the front desk couldn’t have been more kind or extremely helpful, especially making a fuss of our little one and looking after the pram! Loved...More

What a delightful experience ! Cosy, friendly, great picture & sound quality. Such comfortable seats. Decent price. AND mugs of tea or a glass of beer or wine. WHATS NOT TO LIKE. Can't wait for another film that interests us to visit again.

Can’t rate this cinema highly enough. We live in Scarborough and our local cinema is not very uncomfortable so people tend to travel to Vue in York. This is half the distance and just as good in my opinion. Great big comfy seats with plenty...More

Been here numerous times, always great service, cosy little cinema. Ticket prices are good, but the food and drink can add up to be quite expensive sometimes. Chairs look well worn but they are very comfy with a lot of leg room.

Sadly, the palace cinema does not offer wheelchair access - it's a very old 1920's art deco building, very narrow corridors and lots of steps on several levels. Sorry that I couldn't be more positive. :(
