We didn't have any trouble finding this tree because our bus tour to Elafonissi Beach stopped at Skapanis Taverna, which is where the tree is located. The whole area is replete with tall trees, and the taverna is very quaint and filled with reasonably priced...More

Great taverna close by, beautiful location, fascinating tree and very photographic. We only found it by chance by reading the guidebook.

After searching the area for about 30 minutes we gave up! No information and the locals don't seem to know about this either!! Good luck if you can find it :-/ Shame!
