This museum was adorable! However, it's so tiny and offers so little information, I am not sure I would even call this a museum. Although probably worth a visit if you are nearby, I am not sure it justifies a trip.

Interesting bit of history, with samples of all their products available. They, of course, are there to sell you whatever you want from their multiple offerings. Clever marketing!

Big surprise! In the middle of nowhere amazing knowledgeable ladies with offerdelicious tasting and fun explanations for adults and kids. Too bad we could not buy all the olive bottles, the orange olive oil is so unique!

My family and I visited the Eggares Olive Press museum yesterday and although small in size, it’s huge in the wonderful hospitality shown to its visitors. After a quick tour of how olive oil was pressed back in the day you are treated to a...More

A small museum but operated by caring and attentive staff. We had an explanation of the historical methods of olive oil pressing using the old equipment on display. A good gift shop also, where you can find some treasures.

The staff working on the museum/ shop were so friendly and welcoming. The olive oil samples and other snacks were delicious. Bought all of our gifts here. Beautiful town location -- can sit outside on their lovely patio.

I wouldn’t go out of your way to stop here. I love foodie tours and history of things but it did not deliver on either. It was a very small shop and not much to the “museum” either. Many more things to see if you’re...More

I am not sure. We rented a car for 50 USD a day from Agia Anna. We stayed at Step by Step Studios, which I highly recommend.

We rented an ATV (or quad bike). It's really the best way to get around. A scooter is also an option. During our day exploring the island we didn't see a single bus!
