We arrived in the late afternoon and the castle itself was closed, but our main focus was the wine anyway. The charming proprietor Alain de Laguiche gave us a dégustation we will remember for a long time, going through all the wines and several vintages...More

Visited with 2 children 1,5j and 4j. the guided tour inside the castle was interesting and we could entertain our 4j old son with the game 'find the animals' in every room.

This is an interesting chateau and garden. It's clear that the garden as well as the chateau has seen better days (mold on the ceilings etc). You have nice views from the garden and the ruins of the old castle/fort. Guided tours (only in French)...More
