Prior to visiting we had looked forward to enjoying a day here. The picture looked amazing and perfect for a family day at the beach. However on arrival we were amazed at the number of people there, it was absolutely packed. However, we eventually located...More
Cute beach with nice swimming right in the downtown area. No rentals here, but there are some shops close by to rent water sport equipment. I was here in September, and it wasn't crowded. Perfect place to read a book on a beach not far...More

This is a great sandy beach with free parking beside it. Lifeguard presence in summer and plenty of things including volleyball, kids playground, restaurant as well as rock pools and the other usual beach stuff

There is car parking nearby,...More
It has become the practice to walk the dogs OUT OF SEASON on the beach. Strictly speaking no dogs are allowed on the beach anytime but in the winter months it seems nobody takes any notice. Hope this answers your question.
