A short walk on from Grassington and you come to a perfect wood on the bank of the river. The path gradually slopes from the river to the woods across a road. Parking is an issue at the Woods but the walk from Grassington is...More

A pleasant walk along the Wharfe, upstream from Grassington, then a right turn up the hill, leads to a large area of woodland (Woodland Trust and Yorkshire Wildlife Trust) with many pleasant paths and a return route that leads to the top of the village.

Some great trails in Grass woods for all abilities, some canny hills too. You could spend a few hours in here, limited parking
