For the love of vintage. Such an unexpected treasure trove. A bit pricey but worth it as not commercial at all. Even the french music beckons you to linger longer.

Visited the Mona Lisa Garment Gallery with my wife during a weekend away in Clarens.Interesting look around. Shop is extremely small. Interesting items of clothes, but expensive.

We visited for the second time after last being here over 3 years ago. It's seems that very little has changed. Incredibly aged shop in the sense that some of the display clothes are very old with a tremendous amount of history behind it. I did miss their pocket watch collection this time, bought 4 the last time round. They have however expanded into selling leather shoes now which seem to be a very good quality shoe, in a variety of colors.

Beautiful garments merchandised in creative ways – a feast for the eye. Expect an array of textures, styles and colours. Worthwhile whilst in town. Loved the old world charm and music.
Ideal for nostalgic shoppers.

My most favourite place in the world!!

Love LOVE going to Mona Lisa! This is where l can loose myself! Cimpletely!! For a short period of time, one can go back to times gone by!

The attention to detail is amazing and one will always find something! If not a piece of jewellery, maybe an Italian jacket or silky top.....always! Even if this is not one's style, you will find something special!

The owner and staff are so attentive and friendly! EG! Makes one feel so welcome!

No request, big or small, is ever too much to ask.

Thank you for this amazing place and for your genuine joy, when seeing an old client.

Do yourself a favour and pay a visit to Mona Lisa!!

This shop is a labour of love! It's almost like walking into a painting! There are so many interesting dresses, shoes, hats, suitcases etc etc etc that you could spend all day looking at every item. I didn't buy as things were quite expensive and a little too smart for my wardrobe but as somewhere to escape the heat of the day and step back in time - it's lovely.
