Just passing this church after a river walk. Lucky me, it was the last day the tower was open (except for certain days). The volunteer staff were very cheerful and helpful and I climb the very steep ascent to the top. Great views, then back...More

This wonderful church is really worth a visit. Check out the architectural details on the net before you go, while the guide-book is being reprinted. It's Grade 1 listed, with wonderful clerestory (high) windows and beautifully carved stone arches and pillars. Church isn't open daily...More
