A walk in Lamington National Park @ Binna Burrell in the hinterland of the Gold Coast in Australia, is a nice day escape and a very zen experience among the mountain eucalypts, pines and palms. Add to that a waterfall, a crystal clear stream and...More

From the O'Reileys carpark - where there are lots of different birds to see (and even the occasional snake!), follow the boardwalk to the by donation tree top walk - the first in the world installed in the 1970's. Then check out the "Mountain Garden"...More

We came with the kids and it really was magic. The rainforest circuit was a small but sufficient walk for the kids. We even saw small wallabies. The place is gorgeous and so well looked after.

Lamington National Park is just beautiful, so peaceful, relaxing, and so much wildlife to see. My mother and I stayed at O'Reillys and had many a walk through the glorious rainforest. Moran Falls was outstanding.

We were in the park but in the Queensland side , at O'Reillys. The park is magnificent and has plenty of walks, even a floating bridge at the treetops. Most of the park is in Queensland and you do not have to drive all the...More

I would look into hiring a minibus. Alpaca farm is a must for the tea terrace view and unique gifts. The walk to Python rock is a great reasonable trek and offers flora, fauna, incredible views and waterfalls. Enjoy x
