Tranquil, remote, with lots of options walking and exploring around Isle of Lewis, accommodation in Shepherds Hut has been spot on.

Wild and remote, with sand, pebbles and cliffs, its a beautiful spot. Erosion on tops so take care if coastal walking.

Lovely huge wide landscape - the sort you can absolutely lose yourself in but not very easy to find and we needed to stop some locals and ask !

Stunning place, but can be a little windy, and with cliffs that high it can be a little scary. Keep a close eye on kids and pets if you visit and don't be silly with the edges
