I was part of a Perillo tour group that was visiting while in Venice. I had been looking forward to this as I love Murano glass. We were greeted at the dock by the charming manager, who was our host for the visit. First, we...More

I got the tour to see the famous 3 islands of Venice. The lady for the boat tour was amazing. She spoke 5 different languages and showed us everything around with a brief history. However, my review is for the glass factory in Murano, “Ferro...More

Part of our guided tour - but certainly one of the highlights! to see the craftsmanship and skill of just one (or two) piece(s) as the demonstration - and then to walk into the showrooms full of so much more - it was really beautiful....More

Our Gate 1 tour took us to the glass factory to watch a demo from a master glassblower. He made a vase and a horse while another man narrated the steps and told us about the history of glassblowing. It was fascinating to watch the...More

The glass blowing demonstration was very well done. You sat in small bleachers, close enough to see the master craftsman work, but far enough away to not be in the way. From there you are taken to the salesroom for the explanation of what is...More

I had ordered a tea cup and saucer set that during their tour was shown with a box to display. When shipped they forgot the box and I sent an email requesting - it was received quickly with no problems.
