We specialise in personalised tours for couples, friends, small groups and individuals around Cape Town and the Western Cape. We aim to create the perfect combination of adventure and indulgence. Our hikes are offered with optional meals and hot beverages and always come with home made snacks. We offers personalised tours, tailored to your individual preferences, abilities and budget. We treat every customer as an individual and will do everything we can to make each experience a good one! Our aim is to provide you with an authentic experience of South Africa's natural environment that will give you a better understanding of the uniqueness of its fauna and flora and the importance of preserving it for future generations. We respect and conserve the Natural Environment and we embrace the philosophy of 'Leave only footprints behind' by promoting Eco-sustainable practices.

My wife and I explored several options for our Table Mountain hike and luckily we found FloGuide. Our guide Liz was fantastic. She greeted us warmly and had some nice chai tea for us while we took care of the formalities. She also packed us a wonderful lunch for the hike.
Liz was friendly and very knowledgeable about the mountain, but most importantly, she gave us several options during the hike based on our comfort-level.
It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Liz and FloGuide to anybody!

My partner & myself love outdoor exercise, especially hiking experiencing different route, new scenery , enjoying landscape and we couldn't have ask for a better guide , Flo is just amazing, Knowledgeable, patient with a bit of a slow hiker like me (ha ha) , there is no better way to enjoy and get blown away by what mother city has to offer (from adventure, night life, excursions , you name it) and I will strongly recommend to do this with FloGuide !!!!

Our group of 8 friends had a fantastic day out with Flo, our driver & guide.
He was really quick to make contact with us after an initial email, and excellent in making suggestions for a day of wine tasting.
His vehicle was immaculate, with cool water bottles every time we got in the car.From the time he picked us up at our hotel until when he dropped us back off again Flo kept us informed and entertained.
The wineries he took us to were all very different from each other and really let us see what was out there. We visited both boutique and larger wineries and had a spectacular lunch.
Flo's knowledge of the vineyards we visited, South African history and wine in general was excellent
We finished our time with Flo feeling that we were saying goodbye to an old friend. We will definitely book with him again when we are next in the area! Highly recommended!
