The inside of this castle is basically non descript rooms, not much to see and certainly nothing exceptional. Nothing negative, just not remotely worth the trip from Prague. The outside is pretty as a picture though..

The castle is great, no doubt about it. Nevertheless, lorries driving, contractors working, movie being made in the castle rooms for some series, noise from many sources, but restaurants closed, parts of castle closed. Not a serene and quiet place. What was good and enjoyable...More

This castle has very interesting history. The restoration is ongoing and not necessarily grand, but the place is certainly worth visiting with a knowledgeable guide.......

We love this castle. It's one of the oldest and very well preserved. We don't usually go inside touring but we just hang out in the courtyard, walk around little stores and climb up the stairs to get the gorgeous view from the roof. There...More
