If you are curious about how people used to live in Scicli you must visit this little museum in an ancient cave house. It brings the past alive in a way a large museum cannot.

We went to the cave museum and met a very nice man, Carmelo. It was a charming place to see. A lot of fun for a cheap price.

Don't miss this. It is a bit out of the way, and as yet not suitable for people with mobility problems. Ron Carmelu has created a fascinating experience of life in the caves of Scicli
