We visited of Easter and was amazed at how pineapple farming works. Very interesting information that shows the whole process. The climb up is per level so it is not scary for children. Best fresh pineapple that I have every eaten

Stop here especially if you have kids in the car. They will learn so much and the climb up the pineapple will be enjoyed by all.

I'm not much into these outsized symbols, but you can't miss this one! It jumps out at you from the road and you don't need to go much closer to know what it is.

I popped in and was amazed by what I learnt - who knew that a pineapple was not "just a fruit"? The lady that assists behind the counter is friendly and informative and I enjoyed chatting to her. You have the option of walking up...More

The Big Pineapple is well worth a quick stop for a couple of photos and a climb up to enjoy the view and learn more about the pineapple industry. Make sure you buy some pines

It's a giant pineapple you can climb up inside and learn about the pineapple agriculture of the area, in a slightly cheesy and dated way. What's not to love? Run by locals who clearly have a passion for it and do it for the love...More

There aren't many places in the world where you get to climb inside a giant pineapple - cool selfie opps abound! This is a fun building to visit at least once - and they sell really good fresh pineapple juice in the ground-floor shop too.

My wife and I heard of the Big Pineapple and went to see it. A great place to visit but the cost to go to the top is EXCESSIVE. With a family of 4 at R20 each this is R80 just to go up. They...More
