A novelty thats for sure. Stands out and can be seen from the road. Steep staircase to go to the top wit ha good view when you arrive. Video about how to grow pineapples that must be years old, but the principle would still be the same. Interesting to look but if missed you would not be upset.

A quirky stop especially if you have kids or are young at heart! Take a photo in front of a huge pineapple, climb up inside it to the top for an awesome view of the surrounding farmlands! Buy a bargain pineapple for R6!! Learn something you never knew about this spiky fruit!!! Worth R20, even just for the view!!!

I have never seen a pineapple flower let alone such a huge pineapple. Staff were so friendly and the experience very educational. To top it all off, we got to buy HUGE lovely queen pineapples for R6 an apple. Super juicy and such a treat. Nice stop and break. Highly recommended.

We drove about an hour to this place, only to find that the big pineapple did not have any pineapples for a few days. The fields outside were full of them. WEIRD. The restaurant is also closed down It is an amazing structure out in the sticks, but maybe is experiencing difficult times. Would try it again if passing, could... More

Thank you so much for the review. Please accept our sincere apologies regarding the pineapple shortage as we were experiencing difficulties with our supplier. Our farm is full of pineapple plants but unfortunately we had no ripe fruit to pick during December. With regards to the Hotel/restaurant, I cannot comment on that issue as it does not belong to the... More

🍍🍍🍍 Informative, educational and a beautiful view. Open from 08h00 to 16h00 all week. (Close at 15h00 in winter). Christmas day and New Years day are closed too. Fresh fruit brought in biweekly. R6.00 for a pineapple 🍍

Apart from the pineapple fields and the massive pineapple structure shop, there is not much to see. However it is still a nice outing, especially for smaller kids who can climb up to the top of the pineapple for a lovely view.

This was really interesting. Learning all about the pineapples and the uses etc. The view from the top is also stunning, was really windy when we went, but still amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful.
