It has been closed for weeks. I live here part of the year and think it is so sad that it is closed. Also very annoying for people driving all the way to visit.

Due to the mayor having a vendetta against this butterfly farm he has closed it. We drove nearly 2 hours to see this and they had a recording outside the building saying the above message.

Very nice and well maintained place, plenty of butterflies and plants to see. Few water tortoises in the pond. Like previous reviewers wrote, a family offer entry option would be nice to have. Clean toilets.

It was a magical experience to enter this place: you immediately feel good vibrations: esotic plants and flowers decorate the entire place, low classic music in the background, butterflies of all kind fly around you and some colorfull parrots sing from above. They show you...More

Saw tons of butterflies, but also two canaries, three turtles and a parrot! The butterflies are magnificent and you learn a lot about their lifecycle. Very humid, bring something to drink.

I highly recommend it. Best hours are at 10, just when they open. Its small place, with nice staff and hundreds of butterflies. I could spend whole day there. You can see methamprphosis in vivo, have butterflies on the hand or just enjoy the environment.

Visited here today and very disappointed. Whilst it is a nice enough garden it is tiny and certainly not worth the entrance fee. We were in and out in 15 minutes and not enough to keep a 5 year old interested. The toilets were also...More

Located near the Millenium Drago Tree. We walked from the bus station and nearly didn't enter because of the 8.5 euro entrance fee. It was well worth it though and would thorougly recommend a visit. We saw butterflies and moths from all over the world...More

If you love butterflies, this is a must! I loved every minute of it and I didn´t wanted to leave! You can´t touch their wings or to close your fist if they settle on your hand, but they´re very friendly!!! Enjoy!
