We went as a family afternoon out and my son, daughter in law and grandson took the active part, whilst we took the photos and videos! An excellent 3 hours and we could have stayed longer but everyone was quite exhausted. A really challenging but very safe activity, excellent staff always on hand, and very good value for money.

A really great day out! All the staff are EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, they are there throughout the course if you need help on some of the bigger parts of the park and are really happy to help. The park is one of the biggest i have been too so is perfect to spend a full morning or afternoon and is excellent value for money considering how big it is. Would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting the area.

We took an 11 year old and a 13-year old with us on the adult course (the youngest was just tall enough) and it was well worth the 3 hours 10 minutes it took to get through the whole course. Apart from a safety briefing at the beginning and some instructors available on some of the trickier bits you are essentially left on your own. What the brochure doesn't tell you is that they basically have 2 "waves" - one morning and one afternoon. Because it takes 3 hours at a decent clip to get through everything, they will only accept you between opening and 10:30 or between 13:00 and 15:00. If you know your schedule it would make sense to make reservations. There appears to be little flexibility on this - the ticket staff pretty much insisted it was all or nothing. They might have even more business if they allowed you to skip some portions of the course if you didn't have 3 hours to spend. You have to stow any backpacks in the lockers or in the office because they'll get tangled in the ropes. They recommended against leaving valuables in your car. But they will supply small day packs for water bottles or small pullover that you can take on the course. It was tremendous fun and even after 3 hours of work we had giant smiles on our faces. Well worth the €20/person.

My two 10 year olds did the course for 6-12 years and loved it. Very good value for money. They went on the 4 routes a number of times. Staff are great, particularly Fanny who speaks excellent english and was very friendly and helpful.
