Maybe I am a dinosaur but I preferred Moscow Mills as it was. In my opinion it is more or less the same as many other outlets which have been modernized. I doubt we will go again. There are similar paces nearer home.

Hi the answer is yes, I am disabled and can get around easily, there is also a disabled only lift available to take you to the first floor.
