Take time to read the informational displays to learn the story. The tumulus itself it not much to see - basically a large grass covered mound

Small park with the burial mound of the Athenians. Interesting information boards and a good 3D topographic map. Toilets on site. Free parking. Entrance fee also covers cost of an associated museum a short drive away. It's a lovely site worth visiting for the history...More
