Went and viewed this little quaint church in Buttermere after finishing our lake walk around Buttermere. Well presented on the side of the fell at the road junction.

You must spend a moment or two visiting this wonderful little gem of a chapel in the hear of Buttermere. There is the memorial plaque to AW Wainwright with a lovely view up to Haystacks. This is an idyllic place, very quiet and calm chapel.
