Been a few times for different needs and always treated with courtesy and helpfulness. Cannot imagine horrible behaviour! Would have been an excellent rating if they had offered tea and sandwiches.

I have been studying over a year and a half and found that hiding away in the library kept me focused. The staff are so friendly and it is a lovely environment. They have some classes and sessions for children.
