Ted's Tours was a laugh a minute from the moment we were collected. His continuous quick fire jokes kept the whole bus amused eventhough some were pretty bad. Ted's knowledge of the island is very comprehensive, as we cruised around the island stories and knowledge were imparted with consummate ease. Several convenience stopped were included through the day giving the opportunity for a liquid top up of your choice as long as it was Rum (soft drinks were also available). It was a pretty full bus but Ted was able to recall all passengers names which was very impressive and you were able to tell Ted loved what he was doing. Ted's son Lee was also on board acting as doorman, barman and the butt of some of Ted's jokes. All in all I would without hesitation recommend Ted's Tours for anyone coming to Barbados for the first time or even returning.…

A fantastic day out with Ted and his son Lee! Great characters who make you feel welcome and have an outstanding knowledge of the island. This is also a good base to get an overview of the island and figure out where you’d like to focus your time. We saw some beautiful sights and learnt so much. We enjoyed it so much that we booked on to Lee’s snorkelling trip a couple of days later. Lee gets you out in the bay early before any of the other tourists turn up so there are plenty of Turtles around. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and a day out with these two rascals is a must!…

This was our third tour with Ted and as always it was a fun and informative experience. As one of the Blades family that own Coconut Court Ted grew up on the island and his extensive knowledge coupled with his acute sense of humour make the tour a “must do”. Ted is a natural entertainer and a great host but the predominant factor for me was his absolute passion for his island. It’s a full day tour that takes you to all areas of the island and provides opportunities to drink fresh coconut milk, purchase locally made crafts and drink plenty of rum!! I would highly recommend this tour - you will love it.…

Ted's Tours is an absolutely fantastic trip. Ted and his son Lee are so friendly and welcoming. You really feel like part of the family by the end of the day. You get to see so much of the Island from the windows of the bus as you travel from stop to stop. We found out so many things about Barbados from the history to great little places visit, eat and drink. The day was amazing and the perfect way to spend the day. Make sure you get some delicious food in Speightstown as lunch isn't included. There are some lovely shops and tasty bakery as well as the Fisherman's Pub to get some grub. If you have never been to Barbados before, this is a great way to get an overview and plan any days out. We have been a few times but saw so much more than we've seen before. Thank you so much for a brilliant day!…

What can we say that hasn't already been said? Ted's Tour was the highlight of our trip. The weather during our vacation was uncharacteristically rainy. We booked the tour figuring at least we'd get out and see some things. I'm so glad we did! Even though we didn't get much a a view, we got to walk around Speightstown, see Bathsheba, and even some monkeys. Ted's commentary and stories are fun and we learned a lot about the island and left wanting to learn even more. We loved the rum punch and juice, found Ted and his son Lee were both charming hosts who made everyone feel at home and comfortable, and we would recommend this to anyone visiting Barbados. Our teenage kids loved it, and I'd say kids about 10+ would enjoy it. We had a good mix of people on the tour and everyone chatted and made friends. There's enough stopping and exploring to feel like you're not just trapped on a bus. We'll go again just to do it on a sunny day! From the reviews it looks like lunch used to be included; it wasn't on our trip (probably due to Covid), so Ted pointed us to a couple of options in Speightstown on our stop there. We went to the Fisherman's Pub, which was delicious, and picked up some desserts at the bakery for later. Sign up and let the fun begin -- just don't worry if they're a bit late picking you up -- it is definitely the people who got on before you to blame.…
