It is greatly unfortunate the earthquake last July caused significant structural damage to what is a lovely building in the centre of Kos. Although the inside is closed off, there is still scope to admire the exterior. I like the blue and white paint motif...More

Shame the place was closed, however for safety it needed to be. Beautiful building on the outside, definitely donate if you fire to support the rebuild!

Sadly this beautiful structure took a hit from the July 2017 earthquake and one cannot visit inside. You can however walk the perimeter and marvel it's grandeur and see for yourself the cracks from the quake. Hopefully funding will be forthcoming soon to begin repairs....More

Unfortunately this beautiful cathedral was damaged by the earthquake in July 2017. Access was not permitted due to the damage but you can still walk around the outside.

It is a unique building but is now damaged and in need of repair instead of looking like a ruin. Please repair it

Unfortunately the cathedral is closed at the moment following the July earthquake. However walking around the building, seeing the cracks in the walls, gives an insight into the power of the quake.
