Even though the sharks were shy and we didn't see one at our boat, the experience and the "waiting" game was exciting. The seals gave us a great show when we passed their island. They seem to love the attention. The staff all round was friendly and knowledgeable.

We were exciting such as we were a little bit scared to meet the great white shark. I've been diving for several years and it was for me close to an obligation to observe the "king" of the ocean. And we did it with our 7 & 5 years old children, both to show them that powerful animal but also... More

While I appreciate that the sharks are wild animals and sightings cannot be guaranteed, it's difficult not to be disappointed when a boat a hundred metres away is having a number of shark encounters as opposed to our single sighting. We could clearly see the staff on the other boat constantly chumming the water and using seal decoys to attract... More

We started our late morning / afternoon tour by getting on the boat and driving towards the cage which is the only cage that doesn't hurt the sharks. Immediately they started chumming the water and within minutes two large sharks had come up towards the boat. Providing wetsuits and masks in about 30 seconds the first 5 divers were in... More

The upside is that we saw quite a few sharks up close from the deck on the afternoon that we took the excursion. The cage itself is poorly designed with nothing to really hold yourself in place with and the floor of the cage is too far down to stand on. For the few minutes we were in the cage... More

My friend and I received wonderful pre-booking service before we travelled with updated information before our journey began. The staff at the office were lovely and breakfast was just what you needed before heading off I into the ocean. Our guide arrived and gave us an overview of what to expect, with a few laughs as I'm sure you can... More

this is STRICTLY A GRAB THE CASH AND RUN OPERATION. i did the tour in feb, visibility was pure crap, sharks were small and you trynto, change clothes in a rolling and pitching cabin with 20 others at same time. the crapy cage was a complete joke. they put 5 people in at once and it is a free for all... They try to fit too many people in the boat, you get to spend just a few minutes in the cage (if there is any sharks nearby at all) and people struggle to change clothes because of the lack of space. This makes them look very greedy and trying to get as much money as possible. They should limit the... More

Was really curious how this will run and - was amazed! The feeling when in the cage and observing the beast swimming just inches from you... and all the views from the deck! This really is a big must see! Only the video could have been in HD format...
