It could be called commercial but you get to experience what permafrost is. That makes it worth going there and the ice carvings are an extra.

It was amazing. We had a marvelous time and spent about 50 minutes at Kingdom of Permafrost. We went their on a Sunday, not a lot of people and the bar was closed. There’s an ice slide though! Lots of fun!

Pleasant impression of this permafrost! I've never been in places like this! 15 degree every time - both in summer and winter. It is said that in winter people are going inside this frozen kingdom to get warmer))) Fantastic!
