i have been to this museum several times, and even though it is interesting, it just lacks something. it is quite a long way from bad ischl but there is a small bus that can drop you off about 10 mins walk from the museum....More

Interesting museum with bright red fire engines and fine display. Easy to reach and walking distance from most attractions and railway station. Next to river with nice esplanade to walk. Must for children!

I can't tell you how many times we have visited this museum, I have lost count. He particulrly enjoys e bit trucks and the motorcycles. I love watching his excitement and listening to his stores about when he had a particular motocycle in his youth....More
