We weren’t too adventurous and only drove the ten minutes to Mogan from the port but the scenery is pretty. There’s a nice fruit market with fresh juices that all the cyclists were stopped at. An interesting way for barranco views is that the GC-500...More

Gran Canaria is a bit of a no-go zone if one wants to explore. Riverrover's review (13 December 2016) mentions the walk up to the garden centre. It looked promising until the barrier he mentioned where it meets the GC 500 - lovely paving all...More

Another place in Gran Canaria that offers stunning views and beautiful landscapes. The way up is not that long but definitely worth the visit: huge cliffs, little villages and historic windmills will entertain you all the way along.

A lovely fresh morning walk while on holiday - shake off the night before and start a great day. One can walk up to the garden centre and nursery.
