    Wonderful
We stayed at a hotel near Tigaki beach in early July 2023. It was 33°C in the daytime and 26-27 °C at night. It's 5€ / sunbed / day but free at some beach bars and restaurants if you order their food or drinks. Highly recommended Misirlu Seaside Lounge and King Size Beach Bar. It's family friendly beach with water sports and activities. Soft and clean beach. Safe for kids tho.

    Banana Beach is the best
Banana Beach is the best! Please look out for the Banana Beach sign for the best section of the beach, it is worth a few extra steps and is near Grand Gelato. You will be welcomed by Sterios who will look after you like a friend while you are on the beach. €5 euros per sun lounger with beach service for drinks if you want them.

Great beach with a lovely town nearby
This is a great beach lots of sand and water is clear. Plenty of loungers when we visited..this was late afternoon (4pm) so don't know what it's like in the morning. Parking free and the beach is a short walk to Tigaki which has lots of places to eat.

    Beautiful
Beautiful. Best beach we've been on for a while . Not crowded. Plenty of beds . €10 or free with food and drink . The best part is your food and drink come to you . A little bit of luxury. Happy Holidays. The doughnuts are so free and he sells a lot to twice a day from Adonis.

    Stunning beach
Stunning beach. Very clear water. All different kinds of sunbeds, very cheap. Including: safes, solar pannels, wifi etc. Very nice places to eat around the beach. Would highly recommend.

Nice clean beach and worth visiting
Tigaki Beach was worth visiting. It is along the road side and narrower than other beaches but was good for swimming. We did notice some seaweed but it disappeared after a few days. It was one of the best beaches in Kos for swimming.

    Relaxing beach
Visted this beach on numerous occasions over our holiday, it is a lovely sandy beach and clear water, odd days there is a slight build up of some seaweed but nothing much. 2 sunbeds and umbrella cost us €12 a day and some have USB chargers built in, look for the yellow and red unbrellas with solar panel on top. Good comfy sunbeds well worth the money

    Lovely Beach and Warm Sea
Plori Beach is a section of Tigaki main beach. We considered this to be our favorite beach. It was walking distance from our hotel. The beach beds and and shades cost 5 euros wash and there is drinks and food service plus water sports.

    Tigaki beach
This is a beautiful sandy beach that stretches for miles. The sea is shallow with a small strip of shingle before getting into the sea proper. The Tigaki section is a popular nudist beach although its still quite normal to get people walking along from the Flamingo beach area /inland Salt lakes through to the wind surfing place at the other end (although the beach just continues along - you can walk for miles). Facilities such as a few bars / toilets are located at each end with nothing but the sandy beach backed by the dunes on the Tigaki section (I think I did spot parking on some parts located behind the dunes)

This is a great sandy beach. Many beaches are stoney.

It's a long strip starting at the time and continuing for several ks.

It's very busy and touristy in town and it gets roomier as you move away.

Gorgeous beach, well looked after with crystal clear water. Beds are just 12 euros for the day and drinks are delicious!

The Western end of this beach seems to be a bit of a hidden gem - at least with the fabulous crowd;)
Tigaki beach turns more nudist and more gay the further West you go. From about the middle of the salt lake onwards, it's almost exclusively frequented by naked men. The sand is mostly clean and the water flawless. Lovely place for a swim - and/or fun in the dunes.
Enjoy.

Weather and food good. Public transport, although times posted on bus stops its advised to speak to locals or people who have used them regularly, because all times are same depending on what stop you are at, tickets are cheap €2:20 per ticket. We rented bikes as we stayed at Fili apartments, approx 2 miles from Tigaki Road flat and plenty of bike racks to park in. A definite must for a beach day is Vangelis beach, brilliant area rental of brollies etc is sublime, the owner has built everything himself with recycling paramount, I would highly recommend a day visit. We did a day trip by ferry to Turkey for a day, very busy on market days. We also did a guided bus tour to Kalymons another full day but well worth it .Overall a very good holiday destination.

Beautiful Tigaki Beach.
Visited the beach in the last week of October. Very peaceful. Soft golden sand which sparkles in the sun and seemed to be clean. We got the bus from Kos Town (Cleopatra Street) for 2.10 euros each way which takes 20 minutes and drops you opposite the beach.
The beach is sectioned off into areas which is run by different companies.
They seemed to charge 10 euros for the day for 2 beds and a brolly.
The sea was warm , clear and clean, gently shelving so safe for families.
There is a nudist part to the beach after the beds and brollies finish.
Overall well worth a visit.

Beautiful beach and friendly people! Nothing too much trouble! We hired sunbeds for the day from the team just infront of Roosters beach bar and the guy was super helpful and friendly.

We also ate at Roosters which served gorgeous food with a friendly smile. When my 2yr old had an accident-my husband and I were mortified but they helped us straight away clean up! We were so grateful!
