Wow! There must be tens of thousands of dolls in this place! Room after room, filled with glass cabinets displaying dolls of all shapes & sizes from all over the world. There are so many that after a while you do tend to "glaze over"...More

This is a magic place where knights and mademiselles you could see reflected in the mirrors of the castle. There is a lot of Borromeo paintings and Medieval fresco. The view on the top of the castle tower is unique!

What I enjoyed most was the castle itself, the architecture and decoration, the garden and the view on the lake. The museum with dolls and toys was less of interest to me.
