Well worth a detour if you are in the area. Interesting history, beauty and simplicity. Hike up behind the church past the old monastery buildings and limestone homes to the top of the hill for an excellent view of the valley.

We came across this lovely church, resting place of St Martin of Tours, by chance, and were shown around by a young seminarian from the seminary which was originally in the town but has now moved. Worth your time if you are in the area.
