we were taken around by Vincenzo. A really knowledgeable person and always ready to answer any questions and really knows the place. he has a passion for such a place and his love for volcanoes is amazing.

I am a pretty experienced hiker, however, I didn't feel it was worth it to hike the 7 hours (4 up, 3 down) in the barren rock slide lava rock. There simply isn't much to see (maybe I'm biased as I just returned from Norway)....More

Etna volcano is an amazing enormous mountain. Very fascinating and unique! There are a few organizations that plan excursions and bring people on the volcano to the different craters. It is an active volcano, therefore the view and the smaller craters may change its configuration....More
