This was my third time to visit this region in France and the first time that I visited La Villa de Seviac. So glad we did. Both my adult son and I found it awe inspiring. To see how the Romans constructed these villas (this...More

Staff were really helpful and welcoming. Ruins well set out and information guides useful. English guide is not as up-to-date as French one, and so it was a bit tricky to get the full picture, but very good value for money and an interesting place...More

After a short wait for the French ‘lunch hour’ to finish we met the helpful staff and paid our €10 to enter the site. As most places in this region it is not over commercialised and parking is a bit ad-hoc under the trees near...More

Looked forward to revisiting this site to see recently opened improvments but was dissapointed. The new roofing covering the mosaics is very dangerous and has no health and safety signs warning of the low sides in some areas. One of our party banged their head...More

I get really annoyed when places do not advise if the place is close or not follow the hours they put in tripadvisor o pages. Going to this place and seeing a huge sign that is close due to reparations and other things. Touristic area,...More

We were surprised by the superb quality of the mosaics in the former villas hallways and meeting rooms. Also, the technical system for the baths was very well visible. This large archeological site partners with a similar site in Eauze (La Domus de Cieutat), which...More

Interesting site, based both in its age and the woman who dedicated her life to seeing the ruins recovered. Great for a rainy day, particularly for archaeology passionistas!

We stopped where and the museum recommended in the nearby town. As mentioned by others, the mosaics are incredible. They provide a guide in English and other languages that cover the same information which was very helpful.
