This is a calm and flat beach, the sea is calm; a very good place to take your kids. Unfortunately, there is only one hotel on this beach, but you can stay in Barra do Sahy and visit this on foot or by car.

just take a bus ride or very easy to grab Uber to the Baleia Beach. Sun beds and small staff with drinks available at tree line area. Be aware of the strong current and pickpockets!

Water is beautiful, the sightseeing is beautiful, but you´ll feel so alone... there are only big silent houses around, no one in the street (just one street), and no places to buy things. So, if you don´t mind going to a place with no one,...More

Baleia beach is a flat sandy beach, perfect for jogging, cycling or surfing. The left end has beautiful rocks, also nice for diving. Worth a visit.
