The old city looks and feels like time have stopped 100 years ago. It is so nice to see that old houses have been kept well. All the services you need are just in walking distance.

Lovely part of Mariestad with some small restaurants. The Mariestad cathedral in the centre of the old town. When you visit Mariestad certainly worth the visit.
