This is one the famous vinayagar temples in pondicherry and very near to arubindo ashram. There is a siddhar samadhi inside the temple and the vibrations there is very good,

The manakkula vinayagar temple is close to the aurobindo ashram. I always visit this little ganesha temple and I love the elephant stationed outside this shrine.

I think you can easily give this temple a miss if you have visited other South Indian temples. It is too loud for the eyes.

We went in morning when there was lot of rush , it is very colourful and beautiful , also has large crowds and long queue , none the less it is a must visit. The locals call it Ganesh Temple.

Nice hindu temple. Its very busy at opening ours. Leave your shoes outside and walk the hall. So sereen. Then sit near the elephant and take some pictures. Really worth it!

The temple would open around 5:30 AM and closes at 12 noon. In the evening, it opens around 4 PM and would close by 9:30 PM. These are regular timings of all South Indian temples. Though evenings are preferred, there can be... More

I always prefer to go early in the morning. Preferably by 0600hrs. It's very pleasant.
